The purpose of this document is to help you to diagnose the cause of your SSH access problem, and (where possible) fix it yourself. There are a number of possible causes for SSH issues, each of which requires a different “remedy”.
This can happen when the instance has been newly launched, and it can happen at other times. It is not unusual for people to have issues when they attempt to connect to a NeCTAR instance using SSH.
